team were great – couldn’t fault communication. Fence never looked so straight. Had been told would have to replace the fence SWL said could be repaired. Two days to sort rear and front fences. Did such a good job i have asked them to price up a couple of other jobs for me. Highly recommend
team have recently done some decking a feature wall and created a seating area in our garden. Great experience start to finish. SWL broke down the quote from the bottom to top end of our budget allowing us to modify it to what we were willing to spend. This made everything so much easier and less pressure to spend more.the quote was also very reasonable! Rob came round 3 times before the job to quote discuss options and check he had everything. The job was done pretty quickly and whilst we were on holiday with regular updates. Really pleased with the job our garden looks so much better! Just hoping for better weather so we can enjoy it more. Thank you Rob Chris and Keegan (not forgetting Lemmy the dog too who also did a great job!) I have already recommended to a friend and will continue to do so!
excellent job replacing my old fence. Even added an extra post to reduce the post spacing for extra strength. The finished result was very professional.
highly recommend. I had been let down by previous contractors shoddy workmanship. Rob and his team made good the shortfalls. Only wished I’d come across Smalley Ward beforehand. Everyone were very polite and helpful. Work done to a good standard and the team cleaned up when done. Provided with written itemised quote and invoice.
job went really smooth from start to finish. Team was really polite and professional. The garden fencing and decking was undertaken to a high standard and i was kept informed throughout the process.
SWL came to my rescue when i needed a small driveway fence asap to separate boundaries. We discussed online what i wanted first and then they came out to see the area and measure up very quickly. We decided a day for the works dodging the weather haha. They kept me up to date with txt and emails regarding job. I am so pleased with the driveway fence. Unfortunately 2 wooden battens had split due to weakness where knots were so team would come back to attach the final 2 battens when the replacements are delivered. I sourced the wood from barneys bargains liverpool who were also lovely when i explained 2 had split and they said they would deliver replacements. Thank you SWL i am really happy with the fence. I will be sure to have you back to do more work for me. I definitely recommend SWL.
what can i say? The job was completed perfectly with minimum fuss and we are very happy with the result. Good communications as the start date approached and throughout until completion. I will definitely use them again if another big job comes up.
